This is how a rigid boxes unfolds into a single flat sheet — the same layout our 3D Studio uses to wrap your artwork automatically onto every face. Shown at a representative size; your exact layout scales to whatever dimensions you configure.
Every flap, tab and gusset shown is a panel of the 3D model itself. Die proportions and bleed are finalised at pre-press. Base and lid are two separate pieces, shown side by side.

Share your specs
Tell us the dimensions, board, finish and quantity — through the quote form, the configurator, or WhatsApp. A drawing or a sample photo is enough to start.
Receive a costing sheet
We send a detailed quote within one working day, broken down per unit so you can see what the board, the print and each finish actually cost.
Approve the proof
A digital proof, or a physical pre-production sample where the structure is the risk. Approval is what starts the lead-time clock, not the order date.
We make it and ship
Print, die-cut, laminate, glue, pack, dispatch — every stage on your order timeline, delivered pan-India by courier or our own logistics.
