What artwork files can I upload?
High-resolution images or print-ready files work best (PNG, JPG, PDF). Upload during the quote flow, or describe your requirement and our team will help prepare the artwork.
How fast will I get my quotation?
Instant for standard products through the online flow. Custom specifications are reviewed by our team, and you will receive a reply by email within a few business days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product and are shown as you configure. Many lines start from just a few hundred units.
Can I approve the design before production?
Yes — production begins only after you approve the digital proof. What you approve is what gets printed.
How fast is production and delivery?
Standard lead time is 7 business days from artwork approval, with a premium 3-business-day option. We produce in New Delhi and deliver pan-India with live tracking from production through delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled online while they are still in the first stage, before production begins. After that, contact us and we will help where we can.
