How do I get a price?
Choose a product, set your size, material, quantity and finish in the configurator, and you'll see live pricing instantly. No waiting for a callback.
What artwork files can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, SVG and ZIP, up to 250MB per file. Print-ready PDF or vector artwork gives the best results.
What if I don't have artwork yet?
You can place your order and choose “I'll send my design later” or “I need design help” at checkout — our team will follow up to get your artwork production-ready.
What are the minimum order quantities?
food packaging from 250 units; rigid boxes from 200 units; labels from 500 units; mono cartons from 500 units; corrugated boxes from 500 units; minimums for paper bags are confirmed on request. Higher minimums apply to some styles and materials — ask us for exact quantities and pricing.
How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is 7 business days, with a premium 3 business days option available on request. Delivery is Pan-India.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order gets a reference (AIP-XXXXXXXX) and a live tracking link so you can follow it from received through to delivered.
