About these terms

These terms govern your use of aipackagingcompany.com and any order you place through it. AI Packaging Company is a service operated by AG Packaging, a partnership firm (GSTIN 07ABPFA8214Q1ZS), B-95/1, G/F, Naraina, Naraina Industrial Area Phase 1, South West Delhi, Delhi 110028. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Quotations & orders

Prices shown by the configurator are estimates based on the specifications you enter and may be confirmed before production. An order is accepted once we confirm it and your artwork (where required) is approved.

All prices are in INR and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable GST.

Artwork & approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork and specifications you submit, and confirm you have the right to use any content in them.

Production begins only after you approve the artwork or design. We are not liable for errors present in approved artwork.

How your order is produced

Your order is designed and quality-controlled by AI Packaging Company and produced by our audited partner converters. AI Packaging Company holds contract liability for your order.

Production & delivery

Standard lead time is 7 business days, with a premium 3 business day option available on request; timelines start from artwork approval. Delivery is Pan-India.

As custom-manufactured goods are made to your specification, minor variations in colour, cut and finish inherent to the printing process are normal and not defects.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. Orders may be invoiced on or before production as agreed.

Cancellations & changes

Because items are custom-made, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed once artwork is approved and production has begun. Contact us as early as possible if you need a change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
