AI Packaging manufactures custom packaging — including mono cartons, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, paper bags, labels, and food packaging. Our website lets you browse products, configure specifications and dimensions in a 3D studio, upload artwork, request quotes, and place orders.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

• Quotes and prices shown are estimates based on the specifications you provide. A quote is not a binding offer; an order becomes binding only once we confirm it.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are calculated by our systems from your chosen size, material, finish, quantity, and print options. Applicable taxes (including GST) are added as required.
• Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products. Custom production typically begins after you approve the digital proof.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but errors in pricing or product details may occur. Where an obvious error is identified, we may correct it or decline/cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

You retain ownership of the logos, designs, and files you upload. By uploading artwork, you grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce, and print it solely to fulfil your order.

You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use the artwork you submit and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and is not unlawful. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide. We may decline to produce any artwork we reasonably believe is infringing, unlawful, or offensive.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to pay the amounts due for confirmed orders, including applicable taxes. Your order’s payment status is reflected in your account. We do not store your full card or bank details.

You may cancel an order online only while it is still in its first stage — before it enters production. Once an order has moved into production, materials and press time have been committed, and it can no longer be cancelled online; please contact us and we will help where we can. Because products are custom-made to your specification, they are generally not returnable except where they are defective or do not match your approved proof.

We dispatch across India. Delivery timelines and lead times shown are estimates from proof approval and may vary with product, quantity, and logistics. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to place an order.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, layout, product renders, and software — are owned by AI Packaging or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except for your own order-related use.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen and from previews in the 3D studio due to screen, material, and printing differences; the digital proof you approve governs the final output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Packaging will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Packaging and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
